This program is ideal for those with busy schedules or people who are short on time but want to “GET IT DONE” and do the best workout in the shortest time possible. How many weeks is the focus T25 program?įocus T25 is a 10-week program made up of workouts that only take 25 minutes to do. Day six is a rest day, and on day seven you do a stretching video. For the first four days of the week, you do one workout a day. When you’re following the program, you work out six times a week. There is a focus on strength- particularly upper body. ![]() I can pretty much get through Alpha and Beta with no breaks, but Gamma is no joke. T25 Gamma is the most challenging I can think of since Insanity. You’ll do a series of ab routines to work your core and then mix it up with spikes of high intensity cardio. Workout Summary: This is a great mix of both ab work and cardio interval training.
